We are the Calafato family and we have decided to dedicate part of our home for the exclusive use of our welcome Guests who wish to spend a wonderful holiday in the green heart of Italy: Umbria. Our house, which enjoys a charming view over all of Assisi, is located in Santa Maria degli Angeli, 1 km from the beautiful Basilica of the Porziuncola. We are in a countryside area, quiet and convenient for every service that will make your stay more pleasant. We live on the first floor and you will be on the second. Description and services
The attic apartment, fully habitable, is located on the second and top floor of a semi-detached house with independent entrance. It consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishes, linens, microwave, and table with chairs; large living room with sofa bed and second dining table, color TV; the living room is separated by a door from the sleeping area, in order to guarantee privacy for those sleeping on the sofa bed; the sleeping area consists of a large triple bedroom and a double bedroom with two single beds that, if necessary, can be joined to form a double bed. Bathroom with window, shower with enclosure, and bathtub. Reserved parking space adjacent to the building. The apartment boasts two splendid habitable terraces of about 12 sqm each, the first of which is accessible from the living room, covered and sheltered by a canopy and equipped with table and chairs for pleasant outdoor lunches or dinners; the second, belonging to the triple bedroom, will allow you to enjoy wonderful sunsets, as well as admire Assisi by day and night! Air conditioning, both in the living area and the sleeping area, and mosquito nets. Bed and bath linen included in the price, except for bookings of only one night, which require a linen supplement to be paid on site of €20.00. Cleaning supplement to be paid on site of €30.00 ONLY for groups of 5 to 7 guests.
